Please join us for our first “Pigs and Pinot” summer pairing dinner. Pinot Noir is known for its light to medium-bodied character, distinct fruity and spicy flavors and as it turns out a classic choice for pairing with pork dishes. Pinot Noir's light tannins and delicate fruit flavors complement the pork flavor without overpowering it.
Our food and beverage team lead by Executive Chef Pascal Sanchez and Beverage Director Fabian Hernandez, have put together the perfect summer dinner party menu featuring a variety of wines and versatile, tender, and flavorful pork dishes.
