You’ve heard of scotch and cigars, but what about scotch and chocolate? If you’re looking to change up your scotch routine, join us for a pairing with chocolate. We’ll explore how to bring chocolate and scotch together in the most flavorful way possible. In their purest forms both chocolate and scotch are made from a simple set of ingredients that combine to produce a whole variety of diverse flavors. But are they a match made in heaven?
The tasting will be hosted by The Balvenie and our Food and Beverage Director, Trevor Robson. The Balvenie is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky distillery located in Dufftown, Scotland, and was started by William Grant in 1892. The distillery is known for their homegrown barley and the process of their five crafts. The chocolates will be courtesy of the Park House Pastry Team.
