Toast the beginning of the holiday season with a very special dinner featuring a selection of exclusive tête de cuvée champagnes. Few words conjure the weight, grandeur, and romance of “ tête de cuvée.”
Translated as the head or the top of the blend, tête de cuvées are the ultimate expressions of a château or grower's style – some of the greatest, noblest champagnes known to the world. The champagnes this evening will be paired alongside a decadent four course menu from Executive Chef, Pascal Sanchez.
We are delighted to share a selection of such stunning tête du cuvées from many of champagne’s iconic houses including Ruinart, Dom Ruinart, Veuve Clicquot, Dom Pérignon, Armand de Brignac and Krug. Just opening one of these bottles can serve as an occasion unto itself, but an opportunity to taste so many is truly a celebration fit for the holiday season.
