Sip, sip, sake! We have something super exciting coming your way, presenting our first ever sake pairing dinner at the Club.
Indulge in the best of Japanese and modern-European cooking with a joint menu from Executive Chef Pascal Sanchez and Head Sushi Chef Harry Lee.
Exquisite and unique in taste, the dinner will be paired with a range of sakes curated by our Beverage Director Fabian Hernandez, who will host the evening and guide you through the sake range and explain more about the history, quality and why each sake pairs so perfectly with each dish.
