This Thursday! Meditation is one of the oldest and most effective forms of self-care. Rooted in ancient tradition, the science of mindfulness is now highly popularized in the western world, touted by some of the most successful global leaders.
But where do you start? What techniques are most effective for you? How often should you do it to notice shifts in your everyday life? Please join us as we are joined by Sonia Azad (E-RYT) who will answer these questions for us. Sonia is an experienced yoga and meditation instructor, with more than 1,200 teaching and training hours over the last 10 years. She will guide us through a brief overview of the history of meditation, best practices, and an experiential guided meditation.
