A native of New Zealand, Deborah Scott is a co-founder of Park House, a private members social club located in Highland Park Village, Dallas, TX. She is active in the Club’s marketing, art programming, membership and design elements. She brings extensive marketing, public relations, and branding experience to the Park House team, having held hospitality marketing positions in Asia, brand management and event director roles at Walt Disney World, and vice president of the consumer public relations at Weber Shandwick. Deborah and her husband John have lived internationally, most recently in London where they were members of several private, social members clubs which informed the vision for Park House, including Soho House, 5 Hertford, The Arts Club and House of Barnabas. Deborah is involved with and supports charities in Dallas, Aspen and London including Teen Suicide Causes, the Aspen Art Museum, Anderson Ranch, and the Dallas Contemporary Art Museum. She resides in Dallas with her husband and co-founder John Scott.

John Scott is an experienced leader in the hospitality and leisure industry with more than twenty-five years of consumer facing business expertise across complex global, multi-unit, multi-brand enterprises. Most recently he served as CEO of Belmond Ltd. (NYSE: BEL), previously Orient-Express Hotels, engaged in the ownership and management of a global portfolio of luxury hotel, restaurant, tourist train and cruise businesses. Prior to joining Belmond, he served as CEO of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, a global luxury hotel management company. He serves as a director for publicly traded Sabre Corporation (NASDAQ: SABR), a leading travel technology company, Subway Restaurants, and is currently a Senior Advisor with TPG Capital where he chairs one of their hospitality related operating companies. He is an active member of YPO and a former director of Cedar Fair Entertainment (NYSE: FUN), Kimpton Hotels, and of SMU’s Cox School of Business. John holds an MBA from Harvard and a BA from Dartmouth College.

For over thirty years, Brady has been an influencer and innovator in the hospitality, entertainment and real estate development space. He has founded a wide variety of start-up and institutional investment ventures including award winning restaurants, live music venues, and multiple real estate developments. In 2013, he created WoodHouse, a food & beverage, hospitality, sports advisory, and investment firm. WoodHouse projects include The Star, Dallas Cowboys' $2B world headquarters, eight hotel redevelopments, four private membership clubs and over a dozen restaurants. Brady is an active member of YPO and graduated from SMU where he is a frequent guest lecturer and has helped create and/or served on a variety of boards.

With a hospitality background spanning over 15 years, Josh was the visionary force behind memorable advertising, marketing, sales and publicity campaigns for companies in the special event, retail, and fashion industries. He has worked for notable companies such as Todd Events, Avant Garden, Rest + Revolution Public Relations and Billy Baker Co. Josh and his family reside in Dallas, TX. He and his wife Tracy, have two children including their son Baker, 12 and daughter Gigi, 9.

Pascal has over 30 years of combined experience in gastronomic kitchen/restaurant management and day to day operations and likens his kitchen to a well-oiled machine, running smoothly. His skills in gourmet and French cuisine have taken him to many international and domestic locations including France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and in the United States, Las Vegas, Nevada, Orlando and Palm Beach.

Pascal was named “Las Vegas Best Chef of the Year in 2010” and has worked as Executive Chef for some of the most prestigious restaurants in the world like Pierre Gagnaire Paris, Sketch London, and Twist in Las Vegas which were recipients of 3 Michelin Stars and 5 Forbes Stars.

Chef Sanchez was also the owner of “Restaurant Mia” in Montpellier France and was personally awarded a 1 Michelin Star in 2015. Pascal has spent 14 years of his career working as Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine for 3 Michelin Star Chef Pierre Gagnaire at three of his restaurants.

Opening restaurants, Executive Chef, Owner and Co-Owner, managing private events along with three fine dining restaurants - all "hats" that Chef Pascal Sanchez has worn. Prior to joining Park House, Pascal worked as the Executive Chef of the French restaurant La Goulue in Palm Beach Florida.

Chef Sanchez' passion is to put the best product forward in a short and dynamic menu that continues to evolve up to arrivals. He considers his menu to be written on a blank page with the aim to showcase the terroir and local producers.

A native of Dallas, Megan is a practicing orthopedic hand surgeon, mother and engaged community member with a degree in architecture and passion for art, design and travel.  She is a Hockaday alumna, who studied at the University of California Berkeley, before returning to Texas to pursue her medical career at UT Southwestern Medical School. With her husband Brady, she has actively influenced his local hospitality ventures, while maintaining a busy private practice at Texas Hand and Arm Center. Megan has been active in numerous community organizations such as The Nasher Sculpture Center, Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas Contemporary, and Planned Parenthood. In addition, she continues to participate on several medical boards related to her medical practice and has achieved D Magazine’s, Best Doctor, for more than ten years running.
