PARKING
Highland Park Village offers multiple valet stands throughout the shopping center. Park House’s entrance is located on the ground floor between Chanel and Khaite, directly across from Dior.

NO PHOTOS
For member privacy, photography and videography are not permitted on the premises, except during private events or official Park House programming. Please use our Photo Booth to capture memories.

DRESS CODE
Park House encourages a smart dress code and relies on its Members to ensure their guests are appropriately dressed while visiting the Club*:

• Clean, fashionable sneakers are permitted when worn with appropriate attire.
• Large graphic designs on the front or back of clothing are not permitted.
• Small logos on the front left or right chest, or on the sleeve, are allowed.
• Flip-flops (such as those worn to the beach), Birkenstock-style sandals (regardless of brand), and athletic slides are not permitted.
• Jeans are permitted, provided they are clean and dressy.
• Revealing clothing is not permitted.
• Midriff and crop tops are not permitted at any time.
• Clean athletic attire and athleisure (including sports shoes, workout clothing, leggings, and tennis attire) are only permitted during the day on Saturdays and Sundays until 6:00 PM.
• Hats are not permitted in dining areas at any time. Baseball caps and beanies are allowed only from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the lounge and outdoor patio.
• Men’s shorts are not permitted in the Club until next spring.
• Women’s cut-off jean shorts are not permitted at any time.
• Medical scrubs are permitted prior to 6:00 PM.

*Members or guests who are not sufficiently well-presented may be refused entry. All decisions regarding attire are at the sole discretion of Club Management.

DINING RESERVATIONS
Tables are assigned at the discretion of the Restaurant Manager. Only Members may request dining reservations. Reservations should not be canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Dining payments may be made by cash, credit card, or house account and must be settled at the time of purchase. An automatic gratuity may be added to all food and beverage services.

GUESTS AND CHILDREN
Members may bring an unlimited number of guests when they have a dining reservation or a private event booked, based on available space. For casual visits in our open-seating areas (eg. coffee, drinks, or meetings), Members may host up to three guests.  

Unless otherwise approved by Club Management, Members must accompany their guests at all times.

Only Members’ children aged 18 or older are permitted on the premises and must be accompanied by their parent Member.

Members are responsible for their children’s behavior, and children are considered guests.

Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Club, except in the following cases:

(a) with prior arrangement and accompanied by a parent Member, children may attend designated Special Events; or

(b) when accompanied by their parent Member during designated times: Saturdays until 5:00 PM, all day Sunday, and Tuesdays after 5:00 PM for Family Dinner, as well as during special Club events.

Children are not permitted at private events except during the designated times listed above or during special Club events.

HOSTING EVENTS
Members may host private events in designated areas of the Club while working with our Private Events Manager, who will assist with arranging dates, times, food, beverages, and all other aspects of the event. Events are managed by Park House’s expert team of service professionals, who help create truly unique and memorable experiences.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS OF A RESIDENT MEMBER AND A SPOUSE/PARTNER MEMBER
A Member’s spouse or partner is eligible to join the Club at the Spouse/Partner Member initiation and annual dues rate, based on their age at the time of joining (eg. Juinor with Spouse rates are based on both spouses with ages under 31 years old at time of joining, differing ages will result in different prices, and will be quoted at the time of invitation. Rates will adjust upon raching 31 years old).

Resident, Junior, and Non-Resident Members, along with their Spouse/Partner Members, enjoy the same level of benefits at the Club.

RECIPROCAL ARRANGEMENTS
We have joined with unique like-minded, private membership clubs located around the world. Park House members have the opportunity to receive exclusive access to other one-of-a-kind clubs, as a benefit of their Park House membership. Our collection will continue to grow as we forge new partnerships.

Each Reciprocal Club has a limited number of visits and require 72 hours advance notice to accomodate business office hours and time zone differences.

CLUB STAFF
Park House has carefully selected a highly experienced team of employees to represent the Club. Our team's primary focus is the comfort and positive experience of our members.

We expect for all Members and Guests to always treat Club staff with the utmost respect and dignity. Therefore, any misconduct towards a Park House employee will be viewed as a violation to our House Rules and addressed by Club Management.

TECHNOLOGY POLICY
We have created many comfortable and functional areas within Park House for our members to work and socialize. Laptop computers, iPads, cell phones and business materials may be used in the Club until 6:00pm. Texting is permitted at any time throughout the Club. Cell phone use for calls is permitted in designated areas only. Laptops and iPads are not permitted in the Dining Rooms.

PROGRAMMING EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Park House reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Park House cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Unless specifically stated on registration for the event, the deadline to receive a refund for an individual ticket is three business days (72 hours) before the event. The deadline to receive a refund for group purchases is seven business days before the event. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted via email only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and the title of the event.
